Terms and Conditions

The following Terms and Conditions define the general rules of sale applicable in our online store available at https://mydreamshapes.com/, operated by MYDREAMSHAPES LTD, 14 Westfield Road, London, W13 9EP, United Kingdom, Company number: 12987654, registered in England and Wales.

1. Scope of the Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online store. The offer of our online store is intended only for Consumers. A “Consumer” is understood, in accordance with UK consumer law, as an individual acting for purposes that are wholly or mainly outside their trade, business, craft or profession.

2. Conclusion of the Agreement

The sales contract is concluded with MYDREAMSHAPES LTD. The presentation of products in our online store constitutes an invitation to treat, not a legally binding offer. To conclude a contract, you must add selected products to your shopping cart and place an order. You can modify the contents of your cart and the data entered in the forms at any time before finalising your order by using the functionalities available during the ordering process.

By clicking the order confirmation button on the checkout page, you place a binding order for the products in your cart. Once we receive your order, you will receive an email confirming its acceptance, at which point a legally binding sales contract is concluded.

3. Language and Record of the Contract

The sales contract can be concluded in English. We keep a record of the content of the contract and send you the order details and these Terms and Conditions by email. You can also check your order information through your customer account if you have registered one.

4. Product Delivery

The listed product prices do not include shipping costs unless stated otherwise. Ordered products are delivered via courier companies cooperating with us. Detailed information on available delivery methods, timescales, and costs is provided during the ordering process and in the “Delivery Information” section of our website. We only sell by mail order; collection in person is not possible. We do not send products to parcel lockers.

5. Payments

The following payment methods are available in our store:

  • Payment on delivery (where available)
  • Electronic payments via secure online payment providers
  • Bank transfer to our business account (details will be provided in the order confirmation email; processing begins once payment is received in full)

Full details of the available payment methods, providers, and any additional charges are displayed during the checkout process and in the “Payment Methods” section of our website.

6. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the statutory right to withdraw from the contract, as outlined in our Right of Withdrawal policy.

7. Damage During Transport

For consumer distance purchases, we bear the risk of accidental damage or loss during delivery. If the products are delivered with visible damage caused during transport, please report this to the courier immediately and contact us. While failure to do so does not affect your legal rights, prompt notification helps us to resolve the matter quickly with our delivery partners.

8. Complaints: Goods Not Conforming to the Contract

We are obliged to supply goods in conformity with the contract. If the goods do not conform, the Consumer has statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. You may be entitled to repair, replacement, a price reduction, or a full refund depending on the circumstances.

Complaints should be sent to:

  • returns@mydreamshapes.com
  • MYDREAMSHAPES LTD – Returns Department, 14 Westfield Road, London, W13 9EP, United Kingdom

We aim to resolve complaints as quickly as possible, and no later than 14 days from receipt.

9. Use of the Online Store

To use our online store, including browsing products and placing orders, you need an internet-enabled device with a modern web browser and access to email. JavaScript and cookies should be enabled for optimal functionality.

You agree to use the store in accordance with the law and these Terms and Conditions, and not to submit any unlawful content. We take all reasonable steps to ensure that the website operates correctly and will address any technical issues reported by users as soon as reasonably possible.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and any disputes arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

11. Out-of-Court Dispute Resolution

Consumers have the right to use alternative dispute resolution (ADR) procedures. Information is available from the UK’s Alternative Dispute Resolution providers and the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform at: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Use of ADR is voluntary and both parties must agree to participate. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to affect your statutory rights.
